Custom Pet Nose Pendant – Return Policy

Each custom pet nose pendant is thoughtfully made to order, just for you. Before production begins, we will send you a 3D render of your design for approval.

At this stage, you are welcome to request changes or cancel your order. Once your design has been approved and production has started, your piece is considered final and cannot be canceled or returned, as it has been uniquely created for you.

If your pendant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@boopjewelry.com. We will gladly arrange for your piece to be repaired or remade to ensure it meets our standards—and yours.
